Effective date: September 6, 2026
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, phone number, email address, account and service selections, messages, uploaded documents, and information you submit through forms or the client portal.
When needed to provide authorized credit education, monitoring, or repair services, we may also process credit-report information, dispute records, identity-verification information, service history, and payment status. We also collect basic technical and usage information such as browser type, pages visited, and email delivery or open events.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve our services, administer your account and client portal, communicate with you, prepare or track authorized dispute work, process service requests, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain records, comply with law, and measure whether service emails are delivered or opened.
We do not use your information to guarantee a credit-score increase, deletion, or financing result.
Text messages and email
If you affirmatively opt in, Monthly Credit IQ may send recurring automated marketing and informational SMS or iMessage texts to the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. We may still send service-related communications that are necessary to administer an active account or respond to your request.
How information is shared
Monthly Credit IQ does not sell your personal information. We may share only the information reasonably necessary with service providers that support hosting, secure file storage, communications, analytics, payment processing, credit monitoring, or authorized credit-repair work.
Gold, Platinum, and Diamond payments may be processed through CreditBuilderIQ. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. Text-message consent records are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain required business and compliance records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why it was collected.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information we maintain, subject to identity verification and any legal or recordkeeping obligations. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting services already provided.
